Poll: Best Mexican Food on Cinco de Mayo
Of all the holidays celebrated around the U.S., Cinco de Mayo is probably one of the easiest dates to remember… as long as you know the three Spanish words it represents. How you celebrate is just as easy to remember: parades, parties, and eating are the name of the game.
Historically, Cinco de Mayo celebrates an unlikely victory of a small Mexican force against French invaders in 1861. Interestingly, the day is often celebrated more throughout the United States than in Mexico. Every May 5th is seen as a day to recognize Mexican-American culture and heritage.
To celebrate this year’s Cinco de Mayo, we put together a poll of the best Mexican restaurants in Crawford County. Here are the results, as chosen by you:
